New Traditional Bank Barn
We constructed this new traditional Pennsylvania Bank Barn using materials salvaged from a deconstructed barn in Chester County owned by the same family. The original stone was reused on the new barn and the framing was reused as structure and milled into floorboards. The old cypress siding was repurposed as cladding on the inside of the barn.
A new staircase crafted from the salvaged joists of the deconstructed barn. A stainless steel railing lends a modern twist to this traditional space.
