Kyle Lissack

President

A native Philadelphian, Kyle’s love of construction began as a young boy walking through the often-dilapidated 18th and 19th-century homes of Society Hill and Rittenhouse Square with his stepfather and grandfather. His excitement and passion for construction and an appreciation of fine craftsmanship led him to work for Pinemar during breaks from school. After working in the technology industry for over ten years, Kyle returned to Philadelphia and Pinemar, driven by a passion for building beautiful homes and working with excellent clients. He is involved in each of Pinemar’s projects and takes great pride in their reputation for excellent workmanship.
Kyle is a graduate of The Haverford School and Colby College. He serves on the board of the Institute of Classical Architecture and Art and the Luxury Home Design Summit and is a trustee of The Shipley School. Kyle and his wife, Marlies, live in Bryn Mawr with their four children and two dogs.

Mike Swisher

Director of Production

Read Bio

Mike Swisher graduated in 2004 from Philadelphia University with a bachelor’s degree in architectural studies, and a minor in Business. Mike has almost 20 years of experience in the custom residential construction field and has spent 12 of those years at Pinemar. Mike started as a field superintendent and estimator, and after several years moved on to Project Manager. In 2019, Mike moved into the role of Director of Production, where he manages all field personnel. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. His hobbies include traveling, hiking, golfing, and coaching youth basketball.

Shawn Swanson

Director of Project Management

Shawn Swanson is the Director of Project Management at Pinemar. With over 30 years of construction and operations management experience in both the public and private sectors, Shawn combines his creative problem-solving ability, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and his client-focused approach to lead the Project Management team. Shawn is responsible for coordinating the company’s efforts in partnership with project Architects, Design Professionals, and Trade Partners through all aspects of client engagement, project planning, execution, and successful project completion. Shawn was raised in Pennsylvania and graduated with a Business Management degree from Penn State University. Shawn currently resides in Kennett Square, PA. When not at work, he enjoys spending time outdoors in beautiful Chester County with his wife, Kimberly and their Great Dane, Jules.

Kristin Monty

Director of Finance and Administration

Read Bio

Kristin is responsible for Finance and Administration for Pinemar, including planning, budgeting, cash flow management, human resources, and insurance. She earned her BA in Economics from Bucknell University and completed the GE Financial Management Program at NBC where she earned a green belt certification in Six Sigma.  Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children, traveling, reading, and playing golf.
